Get Started - 3 Easy Steps

The ability, with our management company, to offer properties that provide consistent returns has created a ever increasing demand for our homes.  Navigating through these 3 Easy Steps is imperative to an investor putting themselves in a position to act on opportunities as they arise.  
  1. Speak with Concierge.  A Concierge walks each investor through this process making it a very simple, enjoyable experience.  This includes registration to view "invitation only" inventory, LLC creation, self-directed IRAs to purchase real estate, and getting answers to any questions investors may have.
  2. Select Home(s).  Even with Key Property currently selling over 600 homes per year, both international and domestic investors are snatching them up as soon as they become available.  New investors must position themselves with their funds ready to transfer in order to enjoy the consistent cash flow from what many are saying is one of the safest, most lucrative investment in the world right now.  Once ready, a Concierge puts an investor in touch with one of our In-House Agents to select which home(s) best fit their investment needs.  The purchase agreement is emailed directly to them and can be printed out and/or e-signed online without printing.
  3. Closing. Each Key Property home is deeded into the investor's name and a title insurance policy is issued.  In Georgia, closings are handled by closing attorneys rather than title companies and the fees are basically the same as if a title company was handling it.  Most investors are out of state (or country) so documents are generally sent via email or UPS/FedEx.

All three steps can be completed in as little as 1-2 weeks...investors (now Key Investment Partners) sit back and enjoy the cash flow...monthly rent checks are direct deposited right in their bank account.  "Owners" area of the asset management website can be accessed 24/7 to monitor everything going on with a property in real time.
